On Thursday, April 11th, the Tanzcafé Jenblich will open its doors for an unforgettable night full of nostalgia and joie de vivre.
The pensioners' clubs invite you to the coolest seniors' disco in the city, where the motto is: “I'll be in the afterlife for a moment”.
Retro charm and joie de vivre on the dance floor
The 66 pensioners' club has found a successful formula that inspires young and old alike. With a mix of disco feeling and the “greatest hits” of the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s, they create an atmosphere that invites you to dance and celebrate. But what's special isn't just the music, but above all the audience: on the dance floor, people aged 60, 70, 80 and over come together to form a happy dance ensemble.
Hits of the youth and new acquaintances
For the visitors, the night in the afterlife promises a break from the daily grind. Worries and stress are simply danced away to the sounds of Abba's “Dancing Queen” or Donna Summer's “I feel love”. Because this is not just about music, but also about community and new acquaintances. In a relaxed atmosphere, senior citizens and all dance enthusiasts from Vienna can chat, celebrate and meet new people.
Open doors for all generations
Club 66 is not an exclusive event, but rather opens its doors to anyone interested. Whether young or old, everyone is welcome to join in the dancing fun. For two years, the club has been performing in various dance clubs in the city, including the cult Tanzcafé Jenblich, the hip DonauTechno and the cozy Pö Tanzlokal. DJ Chris Crocodile provides the right soundtrack for dancing.
Free entry, fun included
Admission to the seniors' disco in the beyond is always free. Guests receive a champagne reception to welcome them, while stocks last. Afterwards, nothing stands in the way of an exuberant night of celebration, as the bars are open until curfew. There is no need to register in advance – just come along and dance!
